为什么先确认保险主体非常关键
同样写着“icare”的案件,实际处理可能由不同 scheme agent 负责。若你把证据发错对象、把回复送错团队,最常见结果是时限被拖、争议被退回。先锁定法律主体和处理团队,后续动作才不会跑偏。
工人最常踩的四个坑
- 只知道雇主名称,不知道真正作决定的保险主体。
- 把“icare”当唯一收件人,忽略实际承办的 scheme agent。
- 收到 Section 78 或拒赔通知后,仍未确认通知抬头对应的法律实体。
- 争议文件发给了 HR 或通用邮箱,没送达具体理赔团队。
如何快速识别“谁在决定你的案件”
优先看最近三份文件:拒赔/减赔通知、周薪付款通知、治疗批准或拒绝函。抬头法人名、签名档与回邮地址通常会直接显示承办主体。若文件信息互相矛盾,立刻书面要求确认“决策主体 + 接收争议材料的团队”。

部分行业不走普通名义保险路径,而由专业保险人直接处理。你需要按行业属性确认对应保险主体,再匹配正确争议流程。

无法确认保险主体时的行动清单
- 把最近一次来信、付款通知、IME 通知按时间排好,找出主体名称是否一致。
- 向雇主索取 claim number、policy number、insurer/entity 全名。
- 邮件要求对方确认:谁作决定、谁接收证据、谁回复 Section 78 争议。
- 若争议已发生,按类型分线:责任、周薪、治疗、工作能力,不要混成一封“总投诉”。
- 必要时同步准备 PIC 路径,避免在“主体不清”中空等。
